The carer always introduced themselves on arriving; they were courteous & acted in a professional manner but also had a cheerful demeanour; they closed the curtains to maintain my dads privacy and dignity whilst tending to his needs; gained consent and talked to my dad throughout giving care but they also extended their compassion to my mum at a very difficult time and for this we were very grateful.
